Round About ~ 27 Mar 2025
The wheel in the sky goes round and round. It keeps turning even if a person wishes for life to go on pause. Life cannot pause. All a mortal jammed into human packaging can do is persist with the knowing of what it feels like inside contrasted with or compared to what goes on out there and all while contemplating, what is the best outcome available in these circumstances?
First up in the current mix: Mars in Cancer squares Chiron in Aries. This should be first because it involves Mars, ruler of the first sign Aries. This should be first because Chiron occupies the first sign, Aries. Here the essence is all about the self. No justification is required. It’s the nature of the transit. So, if life makes you feel out of sorts, uncomfortable or insecure, resist the urge to lash out at what appears to be the source of the transiting malady. Take a moment to consider a few things:
What is the source of the irritation?
Is this a temporary thing or is it a trigger of a long-held emotional quandary?
What do you need to do to fortify yourself?
Is any long-term healing agenda required?
Is defense required or is removing your being from the presence of adversity a better course?
Did this situation or encounter actually remove any vital component of your soul?
If so, dedicate yourself to securing what was lost, but only better than before.
Are you permitting sufficient hang time with yourself?
Maybe scheduling some self-maintenance where a massage, blood test, Reiki session or time out to read that best-selling self help book would do the trick.
Right now the Moon and Ceres match wits in Pisces. The oracular counsel here is get back in your damn body, pay attention, feel everything, react accordingly, state your case without defense and most important, avoid further injury if you decide that cutting off your nose to spite your face is the way to go.
Emotional advocacy during the peak of Mars to Chiron is a bit “thick and dense.” Realize that your reactions and feelings do not require justification, regardless of another person’s reaction. However, someone else may need to understand how you came to the emotional conclusion you did. Sharing such insight is not a bastardization or minimization of feeling. It’s merely an effort to clarify how you tick, and establish clear boundaries and emotional protocols going forward.
Currently, Venus retrogrades back to Neptune in Pisces for another go round to establish unlimited creative flow within ones being. Here the conjunction occurs involves the two roundest orbits in our solar system. With both these planets, by virtue of orbits, there is a lack of eccentricity. Creativity inherently is a natural, soothing, flowing thing that assuages the soul with aspiration and inspiration. It’s not eccentric (though maybe emotionally evocative of realms unfamiliar). It’s not cranky nor cantankerous.
On 29 March a cool thing happens. Mercury retrogrades from Aries to Pisces and aligns with Neptune at 29 Aries 59 for a short time. About a half day later, Neptune enters Aries; Mercury continues retrograding toward Venus and then the North Node. For all intents and purposes, Mercury, Venus, the node and if your orbs are not on a diet, Saturn could also be considered conjunct in Pisces, too. All the while Neptune remains conjunct, now in Aries. So says the round about above, “get off your ass and create for your soul, would you now?” And after a pause, he might utter, “Please?”
Neptune’s had quite the stint in Pisces with more short term reviews on the docket in the months ahead. Maybe he’s weary of beating the drum of the need for social compassion, spirituality and creative endeavors. Maybe he’s even annoyed. Certainly the Mars-Chiron square inspires annoyance when impulses seek to overrun reason and decorum.
Let’s imagine that Neptune loves the mask of the new sign, dons it and loudly bellows: Stop being a pissy Pisces! Engage what you got, apply it fully, feel everything - especially the crapola! Integrate it all and make soulful art from the bowl of waste materials life recently dispensed. It’s possible that Neptune could overreact in the first degree of Aries. Historically, anecdotal data seeks to make its claim into the empirical regarding this matter. Perhaps Neptune could pose a series of interrogatives to accomplish Piscean grooving on the good vibes and inspire spirit-based contemplativeness. He might ask:
What does your soul yearn to do before you shed this human carcass?
Does the innate creativity exist, or is there a cultivation curve required? If there is a requirement, reach out to Saturn for substantial support and schooling to accomplish the drill.
Is there a market for your yearning amongst your comrade humans?
Can you brand this appropriately?
Is it worth what you perceive its value to be? Conduct NO surveys to determine this. Feel it for yourself.
Do you deserve to be rewarded in life for your contribution?
Round about the wheel, things are cooking. Neptune makes a notable sign shift. Soon, Jupiter, Saturn and Uranus do the same. While things may seem like a swirl in which it’s hard to focus, extend your view into the long range. Extend your view toward consequential accomplishments that with effort applied now, with range set beyond the moment (and while paying attention in this moment). Ready yourself for what’s round the next bend.
More soon.
